We manufactured the first luminaires for Volkswagen Slovakia, a.s. already 6 years ago. More recently, we also supplied lighting for the exit area of the paint shop, where our solutions had to perform under demanding operating conditions.
In this part of the production process, the luminaires are exposed to elevated temperatures as well as radiant heat. The client therefore tested the resistance of seals and plastic parts to thermal stress, deformation and softening. In such an environment, it is especially important that all components operate reliably over the long term while posing no risk whatsoever to the production process itself.
For similar industrial applications, luminaires from the SL slim LN series are also a suitable solution, designed for lighting production halls and warehouses. Their advantages include long service life, high flexibility and the possibility of custom modifications, the use of premium Nichia LEDs, flicker-free light that is comfortable for the eyes, and a warranty of up to 7 years.
This project once again confirms that our LED luminaires are suitable not only for standard applications, but also for technically demanding industrial environments. For our clients, it is important that, as a direct manufacturer, we can adapt our solutions to specific operating conditions and design them with emphasis on reliability, safety and long-term durability.
