Our LED modules for illuminated signage are a suitable solution not only for new advertising signs, but also for the renovation of older illuminated panels, light boxes and channel letters. When modernising existing signage, it is important to achieve uniform illumination, high reliability and, at the same time, minimise the number of modules used as well as operating costs.
For large advertising panels, customers often use our powerful 1SLN3Woptic-B LED modules, designed for edge illumination of panels with heights up to 10 m. Another highly practical solution is our 3SLN120Wbox LED module, where only approximately 4 to 8 pieces per m² are required for backlighting the advertising surface.
These 3SLN120Wbox modules were also used in the renovation of approximately 500 m² of BAUHAUS advertising panels in Austria. The illuminated lettering and decorative light elements were suitably complemented by other types of our white and red LED modules, making it possible to design a solution according to the specific type of signage and the required visual effect.
LED modules in illuminated signage are exposed over the long term to demanding climatic conditions – high temperatures, frost, water and humidity. That is why, in their production, we place strong emphasis on quality, reliability and long service life. Our references include several large advertising signage projects that have been lightning reliably for 10 to 15 years. We believe that the renovated BAUHAUS signs will also become part of this group.
